The Little Wedding Island Reviews
I really loved and enjoyed this novel and I’d like to thank HQ Digital for providing me with a copy of the book.
The protagonist of the novel is Bonnie Haskett, a journalist writing for a bridal magazine. She doesn’t just write about weddings, she really loves them. She believes in love and happy endings and, even though she doesn’t have a boyfriend, she has already found her perfect wedding dress and she has it on hold while she pays for it little by little every month. The Twitter war with Roha ...more
This was a fun read. 2 writers from 2 rival magazines end up together on the fabled wedding island which boasts a perfect no divorce rate amongst couples who get married on the island. I don't want to spoil the story but the relationship between them of them isn't as toxic as you would think. Thank you to TBC and to the author for the chance to read this title in exchange for a honest review.
Bonnie is an incurable romantic and so has her perfect job working for a bridal magazine..... only problem is she can never find her own Mr Right! Rohan is a complete cynic he certainly doesn't believe in happy ever afters and so ends up in Twitter row with Bonnie.

The Little Wedding Island is an enemies-to-lovers story.
Bonnie and Rohan are both journalists and write for different magazines. Bonnie covers weddings and write about new trends and basically help you organize your day by giving you advices on what you should and shouldn't do. On the other hand, Rohan writes about how marriage will ruin you life.

Bonnie works for a bridal magazine and loves her job as Bonnie loves everything about weddings even if she hadn’t met her Mr. right. But she had found her wedding dress and was making payments on it even with no wedding for herself in sight. Bonnie argued online with R. C. Arts who writes for The Man’s Land. The two magazines were in competition with each other and the magazine that loses would go out of business. Bonnie’s boss is mad at her and is sending her to Edelweiss Island that has a chur ...more
[i received a free advance review copy by HQ Digital in exchange for an honest review]
of course, what drew me in in the synopsis was the “Will you pretend to marry me?” bit and then reading “her arch rival” sealed the deal for me. There was no way i was going to miss out on such a book. Bonnie & Rohan’s story was equal parts witty, emotional, and awfully romantic. Definitely one of my very favorite reads, i totally recommend it for all the hopeless romantics out there.
