I'm seriously very fond of this series, even if it does have a quiet ending! It kind of is the most chill fantasy series I've ever read? Literally all the characters are so mellow...which is fine. Like it was refreshing and different and I loved all the characters the whole way through! The ambling pace and slowness surprised me though and I'd have to say I think the first two books were the strongest.

But Cas! Em!! Galo! LOVE THEM. There's just so much sweetness here, although not nearly enough

I have had a hell of a time writing about this trilogy. I’m forcing myself to sit down and plunk something out right now because when I find books that I love like I love these, I want to shout them from the rooftops. For some reason, in this case anything beyond nonverbal flailing has been a major challenge for me. I actually read the first two books back at the end of last year and couldn’t find the words to express my love then either. But now that the final book has been released, I’m not go ...more

Allied was good. It didn't meet the exceptional standard set by book 1 and 2 but it was good

Libro veloce e scorrevole, senza neanche rendervene conto siete già a metà.

I am just so content with this series and how it ended you guys, I love it!! The writing style is very simplistic although the plot is anything but that 👏🏻 My journey with this story started when I won my first Goodreads giveaway in 2016 and I had no clue what would be in store for me. I wasn’t much of a fantasy reader and I was just excited over the fact that I had won a free book lol but little did I know that I would fall so hard for these characters and this story, that it would become one o ...more

Does the title mean what I think it does ?🤔😍💃🏼

My predictions were right thank god.

    My ship sailed

    The villain was defeated

I think this is the way a finale should end

    I recommend this trilogy

It joins humour, plot, characters and world building in the best way possible. 👏🏻👌🏻

The day I had been waiting for finally came. I held ruined in my hands. And I indulged in it. I wrapped myself around it. For purely nostalgia and enjoyment reasons I loved this book. It was almost exactly what I wanted from Tintera. Em & Cas made me swoon. There was sarcasm. There was bromance. There was evil. And I just really enjoyed this book. If you have a geniune love for the first two books in the series then I think you will honestly love this book. If you're reading for critical rea ...more

Edit, April 2nd, 2017: Okay now I've finished Avenged and OMG WHERE IS BOOK THREE, I NEED IT. o_o This is going to be a looooooong wait! The cliffhangers of this series aren't terrible, but they certainly are cliffhangers...

March 14th, 2016: I'm actually kind of sad that this is a trilogy, not a duology! The way Ruined ended would make it book one of two, perfect for a duology. But, I'm curious and excited to see where the series goes. It wasn't my intention to start a trilogy but
