Saga, Vol. 8 (Saga #8) Reviews

Just like every other installment of this graphic novel series we got heartfelt, touching, badass, heartbreaking content that I loved! This one was always going to be intense given the conclusion of the 7th installment but man did this have seriously heavy social commentary-that as always, was handled beautifully with stunning illustrations. Loved it!

I loved this volume and everything that came with it! WHEW, it's got me hyped! This is one of the best comics, like no doubt about it. Art = amazing. Story = amazing. If you're not reading this comic, you need to drop what you're reading and start now. You won't regret it!

I read this and volume 7 in 12 hours, and now I've ran out! It's going to be a long wait until volume 9

  • Shannon (leaninglights)

This volume was very character driven, not a lot of action took place. I’m very interested to see where the story goes next for many of our characters.

YES YES YES. THIS is what I signed up for, and what I feel this series has been lacking for the past few volumes. This volume really brought back the ~weird~ and I'm here for it. Also the characters are pulling on my heartstrings again and here I am left wondering how they all feel so real...

    My second-most-difficult read of 2017. Heart-rendingly brilliant.
